HOW DO I DO THAT?



  DO A GAME CHANGE THROUGH THE WEB SITE  


The following procedure is to be used when doing a game
change through the web site:

    Contact the opposing manager and confirm the details of
    the game change,
    Go to the web site, click on enter scores, go to the
    blue bar at the top, go to  MAINTENANCE - CHANGE SCHEDULE
    and click on change schedule,
    Click on the game that you want to change,
    Make the change (either date, time or  field),
    Click `change' at the bottom of screen,
    On the next screen click `I agree- submit changes'.

Emails will then be sent to any managers listed from each
team as well as the Commissioner.  WITHIN 24 HOURS OR LESS
one manager from each team must accept the change and the
Commissioner must do so as well.  Once these THREE
acceptances are done an email is sent to all managers
involved, the umpires assigned and the chief umpire.  The
web site is will also be updated with the change.

If an acceptance is not received from all three parties the
change will not be made.

Remember if you cancel a game the day before you must pay
the umpires a full fee.


 CANCEL AN UMPIRE DUE TO POOR WEATHER OR POOR FIELD CONDITIONS 
Go to the web site, click on enter scores, sign on with your password and ID, go to scores in the blue bar at the top then to schedules. Go to the game that you want to cancel and click on the letters in the umpire column. The umpire(s) and their phone numbers will appear. ENTER YOUR ROSTER
ROSTERS HOW TO ENTER A ROSTER BEFORE SEASON BEGINS GO TO THE WEB SITE CLICK "ENTER SCORES" ENTER YOUR ID AND PASSWORD GO TO THE BLUE BAR AT THE TOP; GO TO MAINTENANCE, THEN "TEAM ROSTER" ENTER YOUR ROSTER (NOTE- THIS IS YOUR PERMANENT ROSTER) REMEMBER TO GO TO REGISTRATION-SEASON-SEASON ROSTER BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME AND ACTIVATE YOUR PLAYERS AFTER SEASON STARTS GO TO THE WEB SITE CLICK "ENTER SCORES" ENTER YOUR ID AND PASSWORD GO TO THE BLUE BAR AT THE TOP; GO TO REGISTRATION, THEN SEASON THEN SEASON ROSTER CLICK ON "YES" TO SHOW ALL PLAYERS EVER ON ROSTER ACTIVATE OR DEACTIVATE PLAYERS AS YOU WISH ENTER ADDITIONAL PLAYERS TO YOUR ROSTER. YOU CAN ALSO ENTER A NEW PLAYER OR DELETE A PLAYER. ONCE A PLAYER IS ENTERED HERE IT IS ALSO ENTERED ON YOUR PERMANENT ROSTER (UNDER MAINTENANCE- TEAM ROSTER). MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE PLAYERS THAT YOU WANT TO ACTIVATE THEN HIT ENTER. ONCE YOU ACTIVATE A PLAYER FOR THE SEASON THIS BECOMES THE ROSTERED PLAYER THAT ANOTHER MANAGER WILL SEE ON YOUR ROSTER. IF YOU FAIL TO ACTIVATE A PLAYER THEN OTHER MANAGERS WILL NOT SEE THEM ON YOUR ROSTER AND THEREFORE THAT PLAYER IS INELIGIBLE TO PLAY. NOTE: ANY TEAM THAT FAILS TO ENTER A ROSTER BEFORE THEY BEGIN PLAYING WILL RECEIVE NO POINTS FOR A WIN, TIE OR GAME PLAYED. ONCE NO POINTS ARE AWARDED THE POINTS WILL NOT BE AWARDED RETROACTIVELY. IN SHORT- NO ROSTER, NO POINTS. THERE IS NO APPEAL OF THIS RULE. PRINT ANOTHER MANAGER'S ROSTER
Go to the web site, click on enter scores - sign on using your ID and password. Click on registration in the blue bar at the top then click on ROSTER REPORT. Click on the report that you want to print.

HOW TO ENTER SCORES, PITCHES THROWN AND ALL STAR STATS PLEASE NOTE: THE SCORES CAN BE ENTERED BY EITHER MANAGER BUT IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER OF THE FIRST GAME TO MAKE SURE IT IS DONE. EITHER MANAGER MAY MAKE CORRECTIONS IF NECESSARY. BOTH MANAGERS SHOULD ENTER ALL STAR VOTES. * GO TO THE WEB SITE * CLICK ON ENTER BASEBALL SCORES * ENTER ID AND PASSWORD * GO TO BLUE BAR, CLICK ON 'SCORES' THEN CLICK ON 'SCORES' * CLICK ON GAME NUMBER YOU WANT TO ENTER SCORES FOR * WHEN THE FIRST WINDOW APPEARS ENTER THE SCORES * CLICK ENTER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE * WHEN THE SECOND WINDOW OPENS ENTER THE PITCHES THROWN FOR BOTH TEAMS AND VOTE FOR TWO ALL STARS ON THE LOSING TEAM, THREE ALL STARS ON THE WINNING TEAM. * CLICK ENTER AND YOU'RE DONE CANCEL A GAME FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN WEATHER

CHANGE MANAGER INFORMATION
Go to the web site, click on enter scores - sign on using your ID and password. Click on MAINTENANCE in the blue bar at the top then click on EDIT MANAGER.

ACCESS ANOTHER MANAGER'S PHONE NUMBER
Go to the web site, click on enter scores - sign on using your ID and password. Click on MAINTENANCE in the blue bar at the top of the page, then click on DIVISION MANAGERS.

REMEMBER! DO NOT CALL THE CHIEF UMPIRE TO ADD A GAME, CHANGE THE TIME OR CANCEL UNLESS IT IS RELATED TO THE WEATHER.
